Super-jet mesh belt tunnel freezer is designed and manufactured in accordance with HACCP’s hygienic requirements for food processing equipment. It is suitable for all kind of aquatic products, poultry, seafood products etc.
During freezing, thousands of velocity cold air jets are directed at the top and bottom of the products simultaneously. These jets strip away the insulating boundary layer of air surrounding the products rendering the freezing time extremely fast.
